Mary Addie Buchanan, 90, formerly of 1326 S. Second St. died Sunday, Oct. 19, 1997, at Beechwood Health Care Center.

Born Dec. 15, 1906, in Manito to Charles and Lucy Stewart Long, she married John H. Buchanan on Sept. 19, 1926, in Havana. He died Sept. 16, 1992, in Pekin. Five brothers and three sisters also preceded her in death.

Surviving are two sons, Charles of Morton and Jack Ray of Manito; two daughters, Mrs. Frank (Doris) Zimmerman and Janet Jones, and one sister, Mrs. Fred (Lucille) Rutledge, all of Pekin.

Burial will be in Spring Lake Cemetery, rural Manito.
