KENNETH MARION KITCHEN
Kenneth Marion Kitchen, 73 of 612 Garwood, died Sunday afternoon at Woodland Hospital. He had been ill six months.
Born Apr. 13, 1906 in Lingo, Missouri, Mr. Kitchen had lived in Moberly 25 years. A son of Thomas M. and Mary M. (Noah) Kitchen, he was retired from Orscheln Brothers Brake Lever.
Surviving are his wife, Etheline; three sons, Kenneth Jr. of Brunswick, Richard of Independence, and Tommy of Ft. Worth, Texas; three daughters, Beverly J. Niessen of Lee's Summit, Mrs. Phyllis D. O'Lvera of Independence, and Betty Orsac of Grandview; three step-sons, Kevin Stein of Moberly, Burnell Stein of Moberly, and Duane Stein of Las Vegas, Nevada; three brothers, Harvey and Elmer Kitchen, both of Moberly, and Charles Kitchen of Houston, Texas; six sisters, Mrs. Artie Orton, Mrs. Opal Jones, and Mrs. Beulah Burton, all of Moberly, Mrs. Alberta Robertson of Madison, Mrs. Mary Jo Addison of the state of Indiana, and Mrs. Jean Potter of Decatur, Illinois; sixteen grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
The body is at Million-Taylor Funeral Home in Moberly. Funeral services will be Wednesday at the funeral chapel. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park.
