Ann was born in 1826 in Buckingham Co., VA, the daughter of Robert and Frances Falwell. She came west to Franklin Co., Missouri with her parents shortly before 1840 and settled in a rural area in the Robertsville/Lonedell area.
Both of Ann's parents died sometime between Sep 1840 and Sep 1843. During that time, probably in 1842, she married Haliard D. Musick, the son of Ephraim & Agnes (McMillan) Musick. Their marriage did not last long, as he died in 1843.
Ann married 2nd James B. Lewis on 25 Nov 1844 in Franklin Co., MO. He was the son of Daniel and Abigail (Brown) Lewis who came from Alabama to Missouri in 1828.
Ann gave birth altogether to at least ten children and cared for them until her death in 1869, when her youngest was still only five years old. She was buried with her sister Mary, who had died a few years before her, and probably her parents in the Johnson cemetery.
