Mrs. Marian A. Fuess SENECA FALLS —
Mrs. Marian Amidon Fuess, 78, of 280 Fall St., widow of William J. Fuess, died yesterday morning at Seneca Falls Hospital following a brief illness. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Friday at the Sanderson Funeral Home. The Rev. Charles H. Marks, pastor of the First United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Restvale Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. Mrs. Fuess, a lifelong resident of Seneca Falls, was born here February 14,1894. She was the daughter of George and Ida Watkins Amidon. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church, the Esther Circle of the Women's Society for Christian Service, and Sincerity Chapter No. 229, Order of Eastern Star. She is survived by one stepdaughter, Mrs. Arthur (Margaret) Shaw of Rochester; and four nephews and three nieces.
