"I have just found an old paper written by Uncle Joseph in which he says our Great Grandfather - William Griffith - came from Wales in or about the year 1682 and settled in New Castle County Delaware. 9 years before his death he came to live with his son William, our Grandfather, near Rossville York Co Pa - on the place where I now live. He died at the age of 105 years and was buried in Friends burying ground at Warrington....".
