Frances Wall was the daughter of Austin David Wall and Martha Frances Snell. She married Jessie Bradford Cotter on the 27th of August 1891 at her parent's home in Ozark, Alabama. She gave birth to a stillborn son on 3 May 1892 and died from complications four days later. Her son's grave is beside the Snellgrove plot where her sister, Mary is buried. Mary married Louis Snellgrove.
