He was born on 24 June 24 1946 in Manitowoc, son of the late Lester W. and Harriet Elizabeth (Duenkel) Burnette. Frank was a graduate of Brillion High School, Class of 1964. He then attended the University of Wisconsin at Whitewater and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Frank was a Veteran of the United States Army during the Vietnam War. He was employed with Marshall & Ilsley Bank in Milwaukee for 47 years until his retirement in 2016.
Frank was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church, Milwaukee.
Survivors include a sister: Judith Pero, Two Rivers; three nephews and one niece: Daniel (Christine) Seefeldt, Copperas Cove, TX., Allen (Dawn) Seefeldt, Manitowoc, Michael (Tammy) Seefeldt, Luxemburg, Lisa (Garry) Beuk, Howard; and two uncles and two aunts: Leroy (Elayne) Duenkel, Manitowoc and Elmer (Margaret) Duenkel, Manitowoc. Many cousins, other relatives and friends also survive.
He was also preceded in death by a nephew: Daroll (Butch) Seefeldt.
A private family funeral service will be held at All Care Center, Manitowoc, with entombment to follow at Knollwood Mausoleum, town of Kossuth.
