Born Dec. 26, 1907, in Mount Perry, she was formerly involved in Grange and Garden Club. She was a member of Fair Oaks Baptist Church and was devoted to her Lord and His Church.
Survivors include a daughter; Irene and Glenn Noble of New Concord; a son, Charles and Dorothy Adams of Marion; four grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; and a brother; John and Betty Jo Campbell of Zanesville.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Paul and Anise Wilkins Campbell; her husband, Dana Adams, who died in 1931; three brothers, Harry, Albert and Ross Campbell; a sister, Jessie Swain; a grandson, Dana Adams; and a daughter-in-law, Norma Adams.
Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday, April 16, 1998, at William Thompson & Son Funeral Home, 5765 Gladstone Drive, White Cottage.
Services will be 1 p.m. Friday, April 17, 1998, at the funeral home with the Rev. Donald Holtzapple officiating. Burial will be in Mount Perry Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Fair Oaks Baptist Church.
