He is survived by his wife of 57 years Nancy Milam, sons Steve Milam, Eric (Anne) Milam and Andy (Michelle) Milam, sister Jane Blankenship, grandchildren Cody (Kayla) Milam, Craig Milam, R.J. Milam, Micah (Caroline) Milam, Ethan Milam, Brian (Tonja) Gleaves, and Chelsey Gleaves, 4 great grandchildren.
Mr. Jerry was a Southern Baptist Pastor for over 50 years.
