Charlsie's life began on March 29, 1928 in Fittstown, Oklahoma; the daughter of Carthal and Bessie (Chambers) Anderson. She was united in marriage to Raymond L. Butler in 1951. Charlsie worked hard for her family as a secretary for AAA Builder's Supply for over 40 years. She loved painting, arts and crafts. Charlsie was a faithful member of the First Southern Baptist Church for over 60 years. Her greatest joy was her family which includes her son, Ken (Lisa) Butler of Van Buren, AR; grandchildren Kevin (Amanda) Butler of Willard, MO, great-granddaughter Norah Butler, sister Ruth Hewitt and step-brother John McGrath.

Charlsie went to be with her Lord and Savior on September 26, 2021 in El Dorado. She is preceded in death by her husband Raymond and her brother, Hoyt Anderson. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, September 30 at 10am at Walnut Valley Memorial Park in El Dorado.
