ST. ANTHONY - Arnot "Arnie" Clark, 75, of St. Anthony, died June 5, 1992, at his home of natural causes.

He was born Aug. 13, 1916, at Canyon Creek to John Taylor and Emma Jane Brown Clark. He grew up on a farm in east Wilford and attended schools at Franklin Elementary and Sugar City High School.

He farmed for several years before working for Bill Eckman in the logging industry at Hebgen Lake. He later worked in the timber for Earl Garver and them for Red Jacobsen. He was employed at a stud mill in West Yellowstone until it closed, then at a mill near Deer Lodge, Mont.,until ill health forced his retirement. He moved into Deer Lodge, where he worked for Mr. and Mrs. Louie Menicucci in their Old Best Bakery. In 1990 he moved back to St. Anthony to be near his brothers and sister.

He enjoyed sports, especially riding horses.

Survivors include his sister and brothers, Garnot C. Bischoff, Jack Clark and Gene T. Clark, all of St. Anthony.

Funeral Services will be Tuesday at 11 a.m. at Bert Flamm Mortuary in St. Anthony with Bishop Jerry Browning of the St. Anthony LDS 4th Ward officiating. The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 10 to 10:45a.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in Wilford Cemetery.
