Lee "Michael" Fogeltanz, age 59, of 12305 County K, Reedsville, died on Thursday, November 19, 2009, at North Ridge Medical and Rehabilitation Center. The family would like to thank Dr. Thayer, Dr. Zeldenrust, the staff at Aurora Medical Center of Country, and TLC Homes North Ridge Medical Rehabilitation Center for care of Lee Michael his illness.
Mr. Fogeltanz was born on February 28, 1950, in Manitowoc, son of Joyce (Richmond) Fogeltanz and the late Leroy Fogeltanz.
He is survived by his mother: Joyce Fogeltanz, Reedsville; one sister and two brothers-in-law: Lynn (Thomas) Dvorachek, Reedsville; Frank Matte, Reedsville; one niece: Dawn (Roger) Schneider; three nephews: Scott (Rebecca) Dvorachek; Eric (Lisa) Dvorachek; Chad (Nicole) Dvorachek; two great nieces: Cheyan Schneider and Paige Dvorachek; eight great-nephews: Justin Schneider; Kelvin Schneider; Nathan Schneider; Kordell Dvorachek; Sean Dvorachek; Jayden Dvorachek; Preston Dvorachek and Gavin Dvorachek.
Lee was preceded in death by his father: Leroy Fogeltanz; one sister: Lori Matte; great niece: Abigail Dvorachek; special godparents Robert and Dolores Kohlbeck.
Private family services were held on Monday at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum. Entombment followed.
