He is survived by his mother: Joyce Fogeltanz, Reedsville; one sister and two brothers-in-law: Lynn (Thomas) Dvorachek, Reedsville; Frank Matte, Reedsville; one niece: Dawn (Roger) Schneider; three nephews: Scott (Rebecca) Dvorachek; Eric (Lisa) Dvorachek; Chad (Nicole) Dvorachek; two great nieces: Cheyan Schneider and Paige Dvorachek; eight great-nephews: Justin Schneider; Kelvin Schneider; Nathan Schneider; Kordell Dvorachek; Sean Dvorachek; Jayden Dvorachek; Preston Dvorachek and Gavin Dvorachek.
Lee was preceded in death by his father: Leroy Fogeltanz; one sister: Lori Matte; great niece: Abigail Dvorachek; special godparents Robert and Dolores Kohlbeck.
Private family services were held on Monday at Knollwood Chapel Mausoleum. Entombment followed.
