Vera's living relatives include brother Glenn Myers of Fuquay Varina, North Carolina, sisters' Patricia Marble of Dalton, New York, and Virginia Robbins of Alexander, New York. Vera's children Dean Evan Snyder of Bemus Point, NY, Cynthia Ann Snyder of Buckeye, Albert Virgil Snyder III of Carlsbad, California, and Scot Adam Snyder of Traverse City, Michigan. Vera has 10 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
Vera graduated high school from Alexander Central High School, Alexander, New York in 1951. Vera spent many of her working years in the medical administrative profession. Because of her husband's career, she lived in various places: Jamestown, New York; Southern California; Las Vegas, and Lake Havasu City. Vera resided in Lake Havasu City from 1976 to 1985. She was also the past-president of the Lake Havasu City Lioness Club. Vera was a very devout Christian. We know she is now living with the Lord in his Kingdom. There will be no prior calling hours. A memorial, to be held in New York, will be later at the convenience of the family.
