Services for Miss Beatrice L. Acken, a Nyack piano teacher, will be held tomorrow at 10:30 a.,. at the Hugh E. White Funeral Home, 43 S. Broadway, Nyack.
Miss Acken, 76, died Saturday at Nyack Hospital. She was the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Acken and had lived in Nyack all her life.
Her whole background was in music and she taught until her last illness.
Mis Acken was an active member of the Nyack Baptist Church. The Rev. Arthayer Sanborn, pastor, will conduct the services. Entombment will be in the family mausoleum in Kensico Cemetery, Valhala.
Friends may call at the funeral home today from 3 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m."
