Nancy C. Kelly, 77, of Eleanor passed away Wednesday, October 6th, 2021 at Teays Valley Center following a short illness. She was a graduate of Poca High School. She was the daughter of the late Basil Owen Smith Sr. and Rose Josephine Coon Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby E. Kelly Sr.; brother, Basil Owen Smith Jr. and sister, Mary Lou Hicks. She is survived by her sons, Bobby Kelly of Eleanor and Patrick Todd (Melissa) Kelly of South Charleston; grandchildren, Andrew Kelly and Addisyn Kelly; brother in law, James Hicks; special nieces, Shelley Whitttington and Stacy Jones. Funeral service will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Friday October 8th, 2021 at Raynes Funeral Home, Eleanor. Burial will follow in Haven of Rest Memory Gardens, Red House. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
