Mrs. Jewel Ivalee Keller, entered the Gates of Heaven in the late hours of Tuesday – October 5, 2021 at the age of 103 years.
Mrs. Keller was born on June 2, 1918 to the late Porch & Nora McCrary Mead. In her past time, Jewel enjoyed traveling, vacationing and watching fireworks. Mrs. Keller valued the time she got to spend with her family, especially her grandchildren.
Jewel was a member of Mt. Hermon Baptist Church, she cherished being able to attend church and reading her bible.
Mrs. Keller leaves behind to celebrate and reminisce her life; son-in-law, David Talley; seven grandchildren; several great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, Mrs. Keller is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Ottis James Keller; daughters, Syble Talley, Barbara Bryan; brother, Claude Mead; sister, Mae McKleroy.
A visitation will be held on Saturday – October 9, 2021 from 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel.
Funeral service will be held on Sunday – October 10, 2021 at the Arab Heritage Memorial Chapel at 1:00 p.m. with Bro. Bud Perkins, officiating.
Interment will follow services immediately at Mt. Hermon Cemetery. Pallbearers escorting Mrs. Keller to her final resting place will include: Greg Bryan, Glenn Talley, Lynn Talley, Chase Talley, Chance Talley, Justin Bryan, Joe Bryan and Haiden Palma.
