Chester Earl Hollis, age 90 of Auburn, Kentucky, died Thursday, September 2, 2021 at Creekwood Place in Russellville. Crafton Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. A graveside service will be held Sunday at 2pm in the Auburn Cemetery with military honors being conducted by the Simpson County Honor Guard. A native of Logan County, he was the son of the late John W. Hollis and Pearl Lee Thompson. He was an Army Veteran. Mr. Hollis was preceded in death by his wife – Nellie Pearl Boyd Hollis. Survivors include 6 children, 13 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 1 great great grandchild.
