Alan David Brown Sr. was born April 30, 1986 to Alan Collins Jr. and Frances Murphy at West Penn Hospital.

Alan went back to school to get his GED in 2010, and was an employee of PNC Bank for 6 years and the owner of Kicks on Flame Pittsburgh (KOFP). Alan was a devoted husband and father. Alan was always seen with his shadow/best friend and wife, Mahogany. Alan loved music and sports, and he was always the life of the party. He also loved going to concerts, & Chris Brown was his favorite. He enjoyed watching the Steelers and Pitt, and could often be found tailgating on the weekend during football season. His favorite player was LeBron James, and he especially loved LeBron shoes. Due to his love of shoes, Alan wanted to create a Facebook group and a brand. Kicks on Flame is currently the largest shoe group in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.At age 35, Alan was called home after losing his battle with COVID on September 29, 2021.

Alan is survived by his parents, Frances Murphy and Alan Collins Jr. and wife Mahogany Brown, his children Mahiya Brown, Alan Brown Jr., Bryson Brown, Sabrina Brown, his grandmother Molly Brown, siblings Molly Brown, Kayla Collins, Ryan Brown, Brandon Collins, Traymond Washington, Mother and Father in Laws, Robert Murphy, Leesa Collins, David Mosley Sr., Eugene M. Satterwhite, Tonya Wilson, Glenford Wilson, sisters and brother in laws, Marissa Brown, David Mosley Jr., Eugene H. Satterwhite, Ishmael Satterwhite, Tamya Satterwhite, JaRon Satterwhite, Sterling Mosley, Freida Morgan, Tasia Wright, Cinnamon Acrie, Sharlya Brown, and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews. Alan loved his cousins as if they were his brothers and sisters, and friends as if they were family. Alan is preceded in death but his grandfather, Alan Collins, Sr., grandmother Shirley Blair, uncle Gilbert Collins and his beloved cousin, Jamie Blair.Alan Brown is survived by his wife, Mahogany Brown; their four children; Mahiya, Alan, Jr., Bryson and Sabrina. His father, Alan George Collins, Jr.
