He was an honorary member of Monhagen Hose Co., of Middletown, in which he held a 50-year membership certificate; was very popular with his friends and acquaintances of which he had many.
Mr. Fullerton was born at Slate Hill, Dec. 15, 1848, a son of Daniel and Jane Whittaker Fullerton. He was married to Ada Adams, daughter of the late Gabriel Adams, March 7, 1871. Mrs. Ada Fullerton died in Middletown. Feb. 6, 1888. One daughter, Lulu, who has since died, blessed the union. On Oct. 9, 1901, he married Indamora Palmer, who still survives. Surviving sisters are Mrs. C. A. Wells, Mrs. J. B. Crosby, Mrs. R. H. Dolson, Mrs. M. F. Hendrickson, Mrs. F. M. Heath, and one brother, J. Ogden Fullerton.
Funeral services were held from his late home this afternoon at one p.m. Interment was in Hillside Cemetery, Middletown.
