Pauline "Polly" C. Sullivan, of Covington, passed away Saturday, October 16, 2021, at the age of 92. Polly was a member of Julia A. Porter United Methodist Church. She was a devoted employee at Bibb Manufacturing Company retiring after 41 years and then worked for Marshall's Distribution Center until 1993. After retirement, she enjoyed vacationing/living in Florida six months out of the year with her husband, Bill. Polly liked to watch the Braves play and was a huge NASCAR fan, meeting several of the drivers when she lived near Daytona Beach. She was the baby sister of the family, world's greatest mom, and a loving grandmother and great-grandmother. Polly was preceded in death by her husband, William "Bill" Sullivan; parents, Homer Guy, Sr., and Thelma (Miller) Crowell; brothers, Homer Guy, Jr. and Billy "B.C" Crowell.

Survivors include her daughter, Diane Smith (Mike,) Rutledge, GA; son, Mark Sullivan (Liz) Covington, GA; grandchildren, Tim Smith (Lorri), Daniel Smith (Paige), Ashley Pope, Will Pope, Brian Dean (Tiffany), Wesley Sanders (Katie Cleveland); great-grandchildren, Carson Smith. Riley Smith, Blaine Smith, Trevor Smith, Dylan Dean, Baylee Dean, Isabella Williams; and a host of nieces, nephews and very close friends.

A Cryptside Service for Polly will be held Tuesday, October 19, 2021, 2:00 P.M., at the Memory Chapel Mausoleum in Lawnwood Memorial Park, 1111 Access Road, Covington, with Rev. Dr. Douglas Gilreath and Judson Caldwell officiating. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Julia A. Porter United Methodist Church, P.O. Box 700, Porterdale, GA 30070.
