In loving memory of Norma, who passed away Friday at home in Martinez. She was 92.

Beloved wife of 65 years to E.B., who passed away in March 2009; dearest mother of Terry Mansfield of Concord, Patsy Silverfoote of Martinez and Michael Mansfield of Concord; adored grandmother of 9 grandchildren, and 11 great-grandchildren; and survived by 4 of her 8 siblings, Jeanette Boyer, Barbara Noling, Elizabeth Grissom, and Peggy Hooten.

Born in Abilene, Texas to Floyd Leon Sessum and Effie Newman Sessum, Norma grew up in New Mexico. She married E.B. in 1947, and lived in Martinez for more than 35 years. She meticulously decorated and took great pride in her home. She loved watching sports, and always supported Bay Area teams.

Friends and family are invited to a viewing on Thursday, October 21 from 5-8pm in the chapel, and graveside service on Friday, October 22 at noon at Oakmont Memorial Park, 2099 Reliez Valley Road, Lafayette, CA, 94549.
