Delores Jane (Knapp) Wendorf, age 90 of Alvin passed away on August 29, 2021. he was born to parents Reinhardt and Caroline Knapp in Wausau, Wisconsin, on March 24, 1931.
Delores is preceded in death by her loving husband, Harland A. Wendorf.
She is survived by her children, Jay S. Wendorf and wife Brenda of Alvin, Texas and Shad B. Wendorf and wife Jannie of Leesburg, Florida; grandchildren, Jacob Wendorf and Nicole Wendorf; as well numerous other family members and friends.
Delores had been a member of Faith Lutheran Church in Dickerson, Texas, but for the last few years she was unable to attend services due to her health. Delores was an avid painet and craftsperson, enjoying watercolors and pottery the most.
