Mrs. Mabel Lyle Gillespie died early yesterday at the residence, 60 Broad St., Waterford. She was born in Hudson Falls and moved to Troy at an early age, residing in Waterford for the last 20 years. She attended St. Mark's Methodist Church in Troy. Widow of James Henry Gillespie, she is survived by a daughter, Miss Madge Gillespie of Waterford; a son, James Gillespie of Lansingburg; a brother, Robert Lyle, and a sister, Miss Grace Lyle both of Waterford; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. The funeral will be conducted from the William A. Toohey Funeral Home, with Rev. Elmer N Haley officiating. Interment will be in Waterford Rural Cemetery.
