Stephen Charles Beale age 66 of Springdale passed away Saturday October 23 at home after his battle with cancer. He was born September 30, 1955 in Brookfield, MO to Linden and Marilyn Beale.
Stephen moved to Arkansas at age 7, where he graduated from Springdale High School. He was a gifted carpenter and built many beautiful custom homes. His real love and passion was music. He was a song writer, singer, and amazing guitarist. If he heard it, he could play it. If you were lucky enough to see him play, then you saw the passion and love he had for music and most especially his red and white Strat.

He is proceeded in death by his parents and his older brother Mike. He is survived by his sweetheart, Sandy Hitcher of the home, 5 daughters Felicia Shortt and husband Victor of Oklahoma city, Shanna Short and husband Jeromy of Fayetteville, Misty Jordan and husband Michael of Hindsville, Brandi Jo and husband Jay of Farmington, Lee Ann Hitcher of Springdale, 2 sons Leon Hitcher and wife Melanie of Stilwell, Justin Hitcher and wife Holly of Hindsville Also, nephew Tony Beale of Springdale who he has a very special bond with, his very best friend Larry Whittle of Springdale. Along with a long list of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews, life long friends Lloyd Wathena and Christy, and so very many musician friends who he thought the world of.
Services will be held Tuesday November 2nd at 2 pm at Westfield Chapel in Springdale with Pastor Leon Hitcher officiating
