After a short but severe suffering and unexpectedly by all his friends, Mr. Willie Gehr died on December 28th at the still young age of 25 years, 3 months and 26 days as a result of an abdominal infection. The deceased was born here in Sheboygan on September 2, 1869 and on July 8, 1893 he married Miss Bertha Pfister. His early death is a severe blow for his young widow as well as his parents and siblings. After a funeral service was held in the Zion Reformed Church, the deceased was buried on Sunday afternoon in the presence of friends and acquaintances.
