Her father John Gore became a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company in 1743.
Col. Thomas Crafts, Jr. became a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company in 1765. Frances Gore Crafts is a descendant of John Weld (whose father Captain Joseph Weld was a member of the Ancient and Honorable Artillery Company) and Margaret Bowen Weld.
