Mrs. Rosa Long
Mrs. Rosa Long, 53, died yesterday afternoon in a Knoxville hospital at five o'clock after a lingering illness. The remains were removed to the Horton Funeral Home and prepared for burial. Funeral services will be held from the residence of George Miller on Second South street Friday morning at eleven o'clock conducted by Rev. C. W. Williams, assisted by Rev. Lon Harmon. Interment will follow in the Creech chapel cemetery, near Three Springs. Deceased is survived by one son, Minnis Long of this city; four brothers, Hobart Anderson of Tate, Watman Anderson of Three Springs, Robert Anderson of Sulpher Springs, Texas, and Chas. Anderson of Little Rock, Ark.; also one sister, Mrs. John Moore of Three Springs. Mrs. Long was a member of the Baptist church.
Serving as flower bearers will be Misses Ruth Filler, Lucille Parrott, Mary Ruth Parrott, Gladys McDonald, Jessie Anderson and Franscola Haun."
