My Grandmother, Ruby, was affectionately called "Granny." She was the daughter of Arthur L. Lotspeich and Ruth M. Hanger Lotspeich. She married Fred G. Bubeck, Jr. in 1935. My granny's favorite color and gem was Ruby for which she was named after. She enjoyed crocheting and playing bingo. Her eldest son married my mother, Pansy A. Kensler Bubeck. Ruby died of Cardiorespiratory Failure. She had survived many strokes and a broken hip. Late in life she also had adult-onset diabetes. There is maternal family history of diabetes in her line.
