Gary was born on January 21, 1952, in Detroit, Michigan to the late Chester and Arline (Robinson) Winowiecki. Gary graduated from Riverside High School in Dearborn Heights, Mi, and continued his education at Michigan State University where he earned his Associates's Degree. He enjoyed his work as a private landscaper as well as woodworking and being outdoors in nature.
Gary is survived by his wife Barbara (Hoffman) Winowiecki, whom he married on May 3, 1975, in Williamston, Michigan; four children: Henry (Sarah) Winowiecki of Corvallis, OR, Theo Winowiecki of Portage, MI, Elizabeth Winowiecki, of Lansing, MI, and Landon (Olivia) Winowiecki of West Bloomfield, MI: four grandchildren: Lawrence, Stella, Viviana, and Celeste. Gary is also survived by his sister: Julianne Tobin of Petoskey, MI.
Gary was preceded in death by his parents and brothers: Paul and Ray Winowiecki.
Cremation has already taken place according to Gary's wishes.
