Margaret "Ann" Nickell went home to be with the Lord on October 29, 2021. She was born on September 2, 1947 in Bentonville, Arkansas to Robert Owen Nickell and Margaret Lucina (Puckett) Nickell.

Ann was preceded in death by her parents, paternal grandparents, Robert Clinton Nickell and Sarah Elizabeth Ann (McClendon) Nickell, and her maternal grandparents, Rice Albert Puckett and Della (Line) Puckett.

Ann accepted Christ as her Savior as a teenager and remained an active member of First Baptist Church, Rogers until her death. She enjoyed her home, spending time with family and friends, studying genealogy, serving at her church's food pantry, and sitting out on her front porch in the breeze reading a good mystery. Ann was a lifelong resident of Rogers. She graduated from Rogers High School in 1965 and began working at the Rogers Daily News. In 1966, she started at First National Bank & Trust Company, Rogers (now Arvest Bank). Ann worked in the bank's Trust Department from 1984 until retiring in 2012, after a 46-year career with the company.

Ann is survived by her cousin Cindy Litchford and husband Johnny of Van Buren, and their children; Kristin Peer (Aaron), and Brittany Ransom (Jeramy) of Van Buren, and Matthew Litchford (Danielle) of Fort Smith; her cousin Ann Bailey and husband Jerry, of Chouteau, Oklahoma, and their children; Brittany Lenhardt (Henry) stationed at Barksdale Air Force Base in Bossier Parish, Louisiana, and Jonathan Bailey (Whitney), also of Chouteau, Oklahoma. She is also survived by several other cousins and extended family members.

Viewing will be 4-6 p.m., Wednesday, November 3, at Rollins Funeral Home, Services will be 10 a.m., Thursday, at First Baptist Church Rogers, 3364 Pleasant Grove Rd. Arrangements by Rollins Funeral Home.

Memorials may be made to First Baptist Rogers Food Pantry, 3364 W. Pleasant Grove Rd., Rogers, AR 72758.
