Willis Harold Neeley was born February 17, 1927 in Eufaula, OK the son of Melvin and Lillian (Smith) Neeley. Willis served in the Army during WWII. He was a member of the Carpenters Union in California. He served as a police officer in San Pablo, California. He moved to Sallisaw, OK 2003 and in 2009 moved to Grove, OK. Wills loved the outdoors hunting, fishing and gardening. Willis loved to build things and everywhere he lived he would build a big workshop.
Willis H. Neeley married Christine Lambert November 15, 1952 in El Cerrito, CA and she preceded him in death in 1996.
Survivors include one sister Margie H. Terry, Seneca; niece and nephew Tom and Pat Clough, Grove and a host of other nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
