When you remember me, it means that you have carried something of who I am with you, that I have left some mark of who I am on who you are. It means that you can summon me back to your mind even though countless years and miles may stand between us. It means that if we meet again, you will know me. It means that even after I die, you can still see my face and hear my voice and speak to me in your heart. For as long as you remember me, I am never entirely lost.

My cousin Dale Daniels. Went to be with the Lord today. He loved guns, knives, riding bikes & family time. He was a Marine, police officer & hunter. He always sharpened everyone's knives when he was around. It's what he liked to do. When we had our 1st haunted trail, he LOVED it & came up with so many good ideas. He always wanted us to have it again & I wish we could one more time. I can only imagine the welcome when he entered the gate w/ the loved ones already passed. RIP Cuz. We will see you again one day.

I'm gonna miss this guy big time. My cousin Dale Daniels passed away too soon. He was my idol growing up. He always came in to stay a weekend with me and hunt and he would always have me a knife or something from wherever he was posted in the military at that time. Can't believe he is gone but we will meet again one day. Love you Dale and prayers for all his family and friends.

My eyes leak tears as I see pictures, read posts, and think of my cousin Dale Daniels. My heart breaks for my cousins especially his mom & dad! Pray for them because it's hard I know on them. Dale is now resting with Jesus. He was quite the character. He had gun and knife knowledge. Super tech savvy. He taught Sunday school for a bit at Springdale and I loved hearing him share his thoughts. I enjoyed listening to his tales. But one thing popped into my mind yesterday and I had to laugh. Dale pulled a fast one on us! He had been hiking at devils den and posted on facebook that he found a chest. He was going to the u of a to have someone open it. There was a long story of how he got it out and to his car. Then after we were all hooked he told us it was all false. Just a prank.lol Love dale and sad to see him gone so soon. The chest post was deleted but after he moved to AZ he posted this and I had to re-share it.

I lost my best male friend yesterday to pneumonia. Dale Daniels was a character, but one of my closest friends. He knew everything about me and never judged me. He was always there for me when I needed him with advice and comfort. We shared a lot over the seven years that I knew him but we only got close in the last four. Before he moved to Arizona he was my riding partner. We shared many long motorcycle rides whenever we could. We loved going to the firing range together and shooting target practice. We talked on the phone at least twice a week after he left. I missed hanging out with him when he moved. Now I miss him even more. Last conversation we had he was getting ready to make plans to come back for a little while and take me riding and told me I better have my winter gear ready. No more rides for us. I talked to him several times while he was in the hospital, the last day being Halloween. I never dreamed that would be our last conversation. I hope he knows how much I loved him I will miss him dearly!!

Rip Dale Daniels. Gone way too soon. We're going to miss you. Ain't anyone on the planet who could get a knife sharper than you could. We were messing around at turkey camp one year and he started sharpening a plastic butter knife. Within minutes he was shaving the hair off his arm with it.
I'll never forget him shooting that .45 Judge at the milk jug at grandpa's house in Arkansas. Hit it first shot from like 70 yards away. I don't think we found any plastic leftover from that jug blowing up.
Until we meet again cuz.

We lost a family member this morning. Dale Daniels was definitely our idol growing up. We couldn't wait to see his letters when he was away in the service or to hang out with him when he got home. He was without a doubt the cool cousin. Dale was an expert marksman to an unbelievable distance. We will miss ya brother. Say hi to grandma and grandpa for us until we meet again.

It's a sad day for us all! He was pretty great to us all of our lives. It didn't matter that we were kids. He always included us in whatever he was doing. He will he missed!

We can all tell stories about him. The time he had that sawed off shotgun, with a pistol grip handle, shooting the golf balls. Always had the sharpest knives and always gave away knives to people. To carving out a wooden spoon and fork, or making a fire starter out of Brady's boot and sticks. I always loved listening to his stories he had. Another one of our family gone to soon, but we know he's with his dad, aunts, uncles and grandpa, and grandma. I know I'll sure miss him.
