Danny Lee Lund passed away July 6, 2016, at Oregon Health Science and University Hospital.
He was born Oct. 8, 1953, in Raymond, Wash., to Willis Arthur and Ilene Olivia (Secrest) Lund. After his father's passing Danny was raised by his mother and Step Father, Stanley Peterson in Long View.
Danny graduated from Mark Morris High School. He began his long time career as an electrician through the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Dec. 1, 1975.
He enjoyed fishing and clam digging. Rumor had it he made the best clam fritters.He loved his dogs, Archie and Harley they went everywhere with him. Danny also loved hunting with his son , and breakfast dates with his daughter and grandchildren. Danny always had a good story to tell and was always there for his family and friends in times of needs.
Survivors include a brother, Bobby Lund of Missoula, Mont; his daughter Danielle Lund of Kelso; his son, Kevin Lund of Kalama; and three grandchildren.
At his request, no service will be held and his ashes will be scattered at Eagle Creek near Hood River.
