Carl Carlton Green, Sr., age 84 of Gallatin TN, passed away November 16, 2021.

Mr. Green was born June 12, 1937 in Dixon Springs, TN.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Louise Russell Green; wife, Mary Frances Green; daughter, Evelyn Kaye Martin; brothers, Joe Green and Carsie Green and sister, Evelyn Green.

He is survived by sons, Tony Green and Rusty Green (Wanda); daughter, Faye Okert (Danny); grandchildren, Lori Chaney (Chris), Kelly Dennison (Chris), Taylor Martin Verble (Maxx), Logan Martin (Courtney Rougeux), Kasey Ganzevoort (Brandon) and Kody Okert; great grandchildren, Caitlyn Chaney, Jackson Chaney, Lillian Dennison, Brody Dennison, Aubree Verble, Teegan Verble, Jacob Ganzevoort, Mary Ganzevoort, Evie Kait Martin and Edeyn Rougeux.

Mr. Green retired from the Tennessean where he was a district manager. He served in the National Guard. Mr. Green was a loving father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He enjoyed El Camino cars, horses and dogs.

Funeral Service will be 1:00 pm. Friday, November 19th from the chapel of Alexander Funeral Home & Cremation Center with Brother Larry Treadway officiating.

Interment will follow in Sumner Memorial Gardens with Kody Okert, Danny Okert, Logan Martin, Chris Dennison and Maxx Verble serving as pallbearers.
