ALLIN INGALLS FUNERAL SET FOR TOMORROW
Services for Allin K. Ingalls, 63, of 1144 Keystone av., River Forest, board chairman of the Avenue State Bank of Oak Park, will be held at 2:30 p. m. tomorrow in the First Presbyterian church, 931 Lake st., Oak Park. He died Saturday in Presbyterian-St. Luke's hospital.
Mr. Ingalls joined the bank as chairman in 1956. In 1925 he was a co-founder of the Northwestern Refrigerator Line company, and served as president.
Stays Thru Merger
He retained that position in 1947 when Northwestern Refrigerator was acquired by North American Car company. He served as vice president of North American from 1947 to 1951.
He was a board member of Elgin National bank, Cicero State bank, BG Foods Inc., and Vaughan & Bushnell Manufacturing company of Hebron.
Formerly he was vice president of the Union League club, president of the River Forest library board, and trustee of Beloit college.
Trustee of Hospital
He was a trustee of George Williams college, the Erie Neighborhood house, and the Presbyterian-St. Luke's hospital, and a director of Oak Park Y. M. C. A.
In 1949 the University of Chicago Alumni association honored him as the outstanding alumnus of the year.
Surviving are his widow, Lorene; a son, David K.; and a daughter, Mrs. Joseph D. Mathewson.
