She was a Christian and attended First Baptist Church for a number of years. She was a loving and devoted mother to her two daughters. Sylvia was preceded in death by her parents, Bryan and Eula Williams; one brother, Walter D. "Buddy" Williams.
Survivors include two daughters, Sylvia LeAnn Fuller Tiller and husband William of Bristol Virginia, and Tara Laine Sink and husband Aaron of Hurricane, W.Va.; and two nieces, Julie D. Williams and Amy Williams.
The funeral service will be conducted at 12:45 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 1, 2009, at Mountain View Cemetery Mausoleum Chapel with Dr. David Stancil officiating.
Burial will be in Mountain View Cemetery. Pallbearers will Aaron M. Sink, William H. Tiller, Randy Fuller, Dr. Charles Owens, Mark Sink and Joseph Widener. The family will receive friends from noon until 12:45 prior to the service at the Mountain View Mausoleum Chapel.
