Civil War Confederate Army Officer. He served during the Civil War as Colonel and commander of the 2nd Missouri (CSA) Infantry regiment. After the end of the war he became a physician, and served two terms as Mayor of Belton, Missouri. His grave marker was placed in October 1992.
