Mrs. Mary L. Dawkins-Nale died early Tuesday morning at the Dawkins home in East Oskaloosa. Mrs. Nale was 76 years of age and had been in poor health and seriously ill for several weeks.

Mrs. Nale, a daughter of Andrew and Margaret Hefton, was born in Oskaloosa and spent all of her life in that township. Mr. Dawkins, the first husband who preceded her in death 38 years was also a native of Oskaloosa.

She was a member of the Bethel Christian Church.

She is survived by Mr. Nale; sons, Willard, Albert, Alfred, Roy, Ray, Lee, Thad; and a daughter, Mrs. Gertrude Peavler of Basin, Wyoming, and a step-daughter Blanch Nale-Dawkins.

Funeral services were conducted yesterday by Rev. George Birch at Bethel. Interment was in the Oskaloosa cemetery.
