Jacob Miles Childrey, 28. Beloved son of Judith Warschausky Childrey and Gary Childrey. Loving brother of Noah Childrey. Cherished grandson of Lorraine Nadelman and the late Sidney Warschausky, and the late Roman and the late Millie Childrey. Fond nephew of Seth (Sandra) Warschausky, Carl (Laurie) Warschausky, and Stephanie Childrey. Dear cousin of Aaron, Kara, Micah, Max, Ryan, and Gabriel Warschausky.

Jacob was kind, loving, and full of life. He would do anything for family, friends, or coworkers. He was also an avid exerciser and helped train others. His interests were meditation, yoga, nutrition, and staying current with news and social issues around the world.

Jacob was our spark, most especially during this last year of isolation. But he carried a lot on his shoulders. While we knew he was having a stressful time trying to manage college and work during COVID, this has been a horrible shock for us and all the many people who love him.

The chapel service and interment were private. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to: Erika's Lighthouse, 897 ½ Green Bay Road, Winnetka, IL 60093, or the National Park Foundation, 1500 K Street NW, Ste 700, Washington, DC 20005.
