Funeral Services for Mrs. Susan M. Morris, of near Versailles died at the Bothwell Hospital Tuesday night at 11:50 o'clock held at 11:00 o'clock Saturday morning at Glensted Church north of Versailles with Val B. Strater officiating.
Mrs. Wiley Cooper was in charge of the music. Pallbearers were nephews of the deceased.
Interment was made in Glensted Cemetery by her husband.
Mrs. Morris was born in Morgan county, Nov 10, 1858 the daughter of William Hughes and Margaret Ann Murray and was married to Thomas Morris February 7, 1877.
Those surviving are Mrs. Claude Lampton of Hughesville, Mo Mrs. George Lutman, Oscar and John Morris all of Versailles, Gart Morris of Fayette; Dave, Hershel and Everett Morris of Kansas City; 55 Grandchildren and 88 Great Grandchildren and 3 gr gr grandhcildren.
She was preceeded in death by two sons, Walter,(typo this should be Waldo who died in 1944) who died years ago and Dick, who died three years ago.
