Joe enjoyed fishing and cooking out with Loretta. Joe loved watching sports. He enjoyed watching NASCAR, and he was a lifelong Oakland Raiders fan. He also loved OU football, always rooting for the Sooners on game days. Joe will be deeply missed by all those who knew and loved him.
He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Annie and Jay Cawdell, as well as a brother, Jay A. Cawdell Jr.
Joe is survived by his beloved companion, Loretta A. Willbanks; a sister, Marina Cawdell; one nephew, Brandon Lucas and wife Keilly, and two nieces, Cara Esquibel and husband Brian, and Natasha Aragon and husband Josh; and three great-nephews.
Graveside services for Joe will begin at 11:00 AM on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at the Kolb Cemetery, located at 3706 North Midwest Blvd. in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.
