GRASSFLAT - Minnie Beatrice Miller, 91, of Grassflat died at 2 a.m. Friday, Aug. 3, 2007, at Clearfield Hospital.
Born Sept. 2, 1915, at Mingoville, she was a daughter of Elyard Jerome and Mary Elizabeth (Kuhn) DeArmitt.
Mrs. Miller was Protestant by faith.
She was a life member of the Women of the Moose Chapter No. 51 at Grassflat.
Mrs. Miller was a 1933 graduate of the Walker Township High School, Hublersburg.
On April 14, 1934, at Bellefonte, she wed Ralph T. Miller, who died Oct. 5, 1992.
She is survived by three daughters, Genevieve Murphy and her husband, Francis Joseph, of Walthourville, Ga., Josephine Cheskey of Philipsburg and Paula Knepp and her husband, Wesley J. Sr., of West Decatur; a son, Ralph J. Miller and his wife, Elsie, of Winburne; 18 grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to her husband, Mrs. Miller was preceded in death by her parents; three sons, Charles W., Carl T. and W. Maynard Miller; two brothers, Charles and John DeArmitt; four sisters, Anna Mae Klinger, Julia Waite, Charlotte Altario and Mary Emel; two granddaughters; two great-grandsons; and a great-great-grandson.
She was the last of her generation.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
There will be no public visitation.
