BOURGEOIS, EDNA COLEMAN SEAL A resident of Denham Springs, she passed away at 6:50 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 26, 2006, at her home after a lengthy battle with lung cancer. She was 78 and a native of Summit, Miss. Visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, was on Sunday, Aug. 27, from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. Visitation resumes at the funeral home chapel on Monday from 8 a.m. until service at 10 a.m. Burial in Evergreen Memorial Park, Denham Springs. She is survived by her children and their spouses, Barbara and George Templet, Ronnie and Kim Seal, Betty and Troyd Sanchez, Kenny and Sybel Seal, and Donald and Doreen Seal; 10 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Woodrow Wilson Seal; second husband, Ernest James "Jim" Bourgeois Jr.; and parents, Jefferson Davis and Anzela Coleman. The family would like to express their gratitude to Cancer Services of Baton Rouge, Acadian Ambulance, Odyssey Hospice and Dr. Kasey Chenevert for the care they expressed to Edna.
