Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Hansen's Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Steven P. Chellew of Christ Lutheran Church will officiate. Music will be provided by William Allen, soloist and Maldon Plank, organist.
Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until service time Friday at the funeral chapel.
He was born May 26, 1914, in Wausau, and married Dorothy Salisbury on April 29, 1978, in Greenwood.
He was educated in Wausau schools. After his education, he moved to Owen where he worked on farms in the area. He later was employed by Clark County Health Care Center in the housekeeping department until his retirement. He then moved to Greenwood and then to Marshfield 13 years ago. He had been a resident at Cedar Rail for the last 12 years.
He is survived by his wife, Dorothy Pagel of Marshfield. He is further survived by nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by four brothers and four sisters.
