Funeral services for Mrs. Carrie Salvenstein, 76, Sapulpa, mother of Mrs. Jake Katz, who died in a Tulsa hospital last Thursday, were held Monday in Springfield, Ill., and burial also made there.
The deceased was born on November 4, and burial was on November 4.
She was preceded in death by her husband, who is buried in the same cemetery. She had made several visits here, and was well known.
Mr. and Mrs. Katz left Stillwater Sunday to attend the funeral.
