Stella M. Fillenwarth, 92, of Mansfield died Saturday, Jan 9, 1999, at Provena Covenant Medical Center, Urbana. Funeral services will be Tuesday at United Methodist Church, Mansfield. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Calvert-Belangee-Bruce Funeral Home, Mansfield, is in charge of arrangements.

Mrs. Fillenwarth was born Aug 14, 1906 at Louisville, d/o Ewing and Hilda Cook Jennings. She married Roy G. Fillenwarth (1907-1990) on Jan 4, 1928 in Urbana. He died Feb 27, 1990. Survivors include a daughter, Delores Morfey, Mahomet; a granddaughter; four great-grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and a sister, Ruth Bateman of Granger IN. She was preceded in death by three sisters.

Mrs. Fillenwarth was a lifelong member of United Methodist Church, Mansfield, and had been a Sunday School teacher. She also was a member of WSCS, the Friendship Circle Class and the church choir. She was a member of the Piatt County Home Extension Club and the Mansfield Senior Woman's Club.
