Born June 16, 1924, in Chambersburg, he was a son of D. Seth and Margaretta Remmel Angle, of 303 S. Sixth St. He was a member of the First EUB Church.
A naval veteran of the Second World War, he was a member of Charles M. Nitterhouse Post 1599 VFW; Burt J. Asper Post 46 American Legion; BPOE 600, and the Chambersburg Club.
He had been employed as a salesman by Angle Brothers and V.T. Angle Sons for 15 years.
Surviving in addition to his parents, are his widow, Mary Porter Angle; three daughters, Susan B., Sally L. and Sandra J., all at home; two brothers, Thomas S. Bethleham and Joseph W., 58 Midland Dr.; two sisters, Mrs. Robert Smith, 570 E. Liberty St. and Miss Nancy J. Angle, 303 S. Sixth St.
Funeral services will be held Monday at 2 pm at the Sellers Funeral Home in charge Rev. Robert E. Reasey. Burial will be made in Lincoln Cemetery.
