P. 24; 7 May 1838: "Racheal Woolsey & Simeon Dolph made application to the undersigned clerk of court of Carroll for letters of administration of the estate of Zephaniah Woolsey, deceased. Joseph Dickson, clerk (signed by): Racheal Woolsey (her mark); Simeon Dolph; Noah Woolsey; E. V. Mar??? "We do swear that the heirs of the said deceased are myself his widow, (&) Artelitha Woolsey aged abt. 12 yr; George W. Woolsey aged abt. 10 yr; Abigail Woolsey aged abt. 8 yr; Elizabeth ? Woolsey aged abt. 6 yr; Polly Adaline Woolsey aged abt. 4 yr; Phebe Ann Woolsey aged abt. 2 yr; & Latitia Woolsey aged abt. 4 months & we know of no others & their residence is in Carroll Co., Missouri, on this 7 May 1838; (signed): Joseph Dickson, Clerk."
