Thomas R. Winn, 49, of Canaseraga Rd., Chittenango, died Tuesday at the Oneida Healthcare Center. Born in Oneida, Tom was a life resident of the Cazenovia-Chittenango area. He was employed as a contractor, most recently with Dean Con-struction in Chittenango. He was predeceased by his father, John Winn, in March of 2007. Surviving are three sons, Jayson Perkins of Holland, MI, Thomas R. Winn II of Oneida and Joseph M. Winn of Clearwater, FL; a daughter, Nicole Winn of Oneida; his mother and stepfather, Renee and Andrew Schlau of Chittenango; three brothers, John Winn of Roxboro, NC, and Shawn Kinville and Paul Winn, both of Chittenango; six sisters, Kathleen Fehrman of Munnsville, Ruth Weaver of Hamilton, Maureen Winn, Colleen Emmons, Margaret Jackson, all of Chittenango, and Melissa Winn of Canastota; four grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Saturday at G.F. Zimmer Funeral Home, 702 Legion Drive, Chittenango. Calling hours will be 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday, prior to the service. Spring burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Cazenovia. Contributions may be made to American Legion Post #88 in Cazenovia.
