Rex is survived by his wife, Phyllis L. Randolph of Bristol, WV; two daughters, a son, twelve grandchildren, twenty-five great grandchildren including the four oldest that had to travel from out of State, a brother, three sisters, several nieces, nephews and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Rex "Ian" Randolph; a daughter, Drenda Bland; a brother, Alois Randolph; and a sister, Edna Ruth Richards.
Rex worked for Pittsburgh Plate, Ditch Witch and Quality Machine as a machinist. Rex was a former member and a Deacon of the 7th Day Baptist Church in Lost Creek, WV.
Interment will follow in Randolph Family Cemetery, Jarvisville Rd, Bristol, WV,
